I went on a Thursday at 2 PM to have my car inspected and the place was empty aside from the bay where cars were being worked on the door was locked and people working in the bays said that no inspections were happening today even though there’s large signs all around the business that says that they do car inspections, please be aware before you make plans to go to this business because it doesn’t seem like they are always open for our needs.

Friendly people that really tried their hardest to make things right, but in the end didn't know what they were doing and wasted my time and money. Come to find out through another shop that properly fixed my truck, my initial problem was the rack was not aligned properly with steering column. What gets me is they incorrectly installed the new shot-in-the-dark left and right outer tie rod ends (which I didn't need) to wrong sides, & then over-adjusted them just to put a sloppy band aid fix to keep my truck from pulling. Lost turn radius and wheel was still off center. Called and left several messages for the owner to call me back over the last 1-2 months with no response. Shoddy work.

Martin is the best mechanic I’ve found in Charlotte! I had my ac compressor go bad and he fixed it for a low price. I was originally quoted about $1600-$2000 from other mechanics. And Martin offered me $1200! The nice lady at the front desk always is great too! Somehow the part he initially ordered was bad for some reason, but he swapped it out with a brand new part, replaced the fluids, and put a belt on -with no extra charges! The warranty is included for a year as well. Definitely going back if I have any other issues with my car! Lowest price for mechanical maintenance! Thanks Again!

This garage is great if you want honest, quality work, reliability and great customer service. I took my 2014 Ford f150 to for several issues including valve cover, spark plug, water pump, ignition coils, seals, as well as several other items. They gave me constant updates as I was out of town. The truck runs like new and I am grateful for their meticulous work. I was also happy with the competitive pricing. This is officially my mechanic from here on out. Thank you.
